GOD i hate the fact most Americans don't or can't correctly use the metric system like??? I understand they aren't taught in school but if you make a recipe for something and every measurement is completely wrong, then PLEASE consider just using the americanized forms of measurement !!! Ugh...

the reason i even made this post is because a recipe site i used just converted 1 cup to 200g no matter what's in it like ??? they all have different masses?? Butter does not equal flour in weight even for the same volume and I'm tired of it
